If you are new to couponing, here are some common coupon terms that may help you sort things out when reading about different deals:
o BOGO: Buy one Get One FREE
o Catalina: Coupon that Spits Out With Store Reciept
o IP: Internet Printed Coupon
o Peelie: Coupons Found on A Product
o Raincheck: Request one of these when store is out of the item on sale.
o Rebate: Manufacturer will send you a check for purchasing their item
o CVS Extra Care Bucks: Buy Certain Items: Earn these, and its like FREE money next visit
o Wal-greens Register Rewards: Buys Cetain Items At Wal-greens, Earn These, and use like FREE money next visit

Some Helpful Coupon Tips:

• Purchase the sunday paper to collect the coupon inserts on a weekly basis, and use the available online coupon sites to collect the coupons you need.
• Organize your coupons, I personally use a binder with the trading card collectible pages which allows me to see the coupons and expiration date, and use dividers to divide into categories such as:
• Snacks
• Frozen
• Cleaning
• Haircare
• Baking

Use your weekly circulars for the stores you shop at, and find out whats on sale, and see if there is a coupon to match the sale, stock up on those items to get them at the lowest price possible. Though it may seem time consuming, it is best to go to the different stores to get the items on sale, will save you money each month by doing so.
